Cancellation Policy

-Intake forms must be filled out prior to arriving to appointment. Time will be taken from appointment if not previously filled out. -Intake forms must be updated every 6 months or whenever there is a change to health history, medications or certain skincare products. -24 hour notice required to cancel or make any changes to appointment(s) -No call, No Show 100% of service will be charged to CC on file or remaining balance after deposit. -Please refrain from bringing guests to appointment, unless previously discussed in writing with Mary -All PMU services require 50% deposit -Grace period of 10 minutes will be provided for facial & PMU -Grace period of 5 minutes will be provided for brow shape, shape+tint & spray tans. -In order to reschedule after arriving after missing appointment (no show or past grace period) appointment must be paid in full in order to hold next appointment.
